Corris carriage No17
This coach replicates the Corris carriage No17 as used by The Talyllyn Railway. The coach was originally used on the Corris railway before the railway closed. Before entering Talyllyn Railway service in 1961, this carriage had been used as a greenhouse and garden shed at Oswestry since the withdrawal of passenger services on the Corris Railway in 1930. On 25th November 1982 it carried HRH The Princess of Wales from Pendre to Rhydyronen,
This new coach design has been manufactured in conjunction with ourselves and Locolines. It is constructed in a unique way were all of the decorative side and internal seats are already printed on board so no detail painting or lining needs to be done the only painting that is required is roof, buffers and bogies. This kit is very easy to construct and opens itself to a lot of embellishment. Bogies, steel wheels, vacuum pipes, buffers and roof vents are included . Available in 32 m gauge and insulated 45 mm gauge.
