The bodies for these attractive coaches were built in 1983 on chassis that were originally built by Baguley's of Burton-on-Trent, for the Butlins line at Pwllheli, North Wales and shown on the opening sequence of the BBC Hi-de-hi comedy series. They look equally at home with both UK and European stock. This kit is Designed to compliment the other kits in the existing range of rolling stock this kit is of manly wooden construction, all major components being cut to size with window apertures and planking detail machined in where appropriate. Whitemetal axleboxes (with brass bearings), buffers and steel wheels and bogies are all included. Instructions are easy to follow and the kit is suitable for modellers with limited experience as only simple hand tools, glue and paint are required to  experienced modellers can, no doubt, find their own ways to personalise their model, but the standard kit, painted or varnished, makes a fine sight at the rear of any train.
